DOB 1937

May 1978---Rupture of GCT on ovary. Total hysterectomy.

July 1979--Second look surgery. Nothing visible.

May 1994---Rupture of GCT on transverse colon. Surgery to remove.

Oct 1994---Referral to Dr. P. DeSaia. Chemo 200 hrs. Cisplatin, Etopside, Bleomysin. 8 hrs/day, 5 days; 2 week off. Four courses.

Dec. 2003--GCT behind bladder, intact. Tumor ruptured during removal.

Sep. 2004--Onset of abdominal pain. CT scan showed tumor on liver. Biopsy shows it to be GCT. Ascites. Drain used for 1 week. Pain meds, ending up with time release Morphine. Weaned off Morphine Dec. 27-Jan. 4, 2005. Pain subsided after starting chemo.

Nov. 2004--Chemo: 1 round carboplatin and Taxol, 5 rounds Carbo and Taxotere, 2 rounds Carbo. Ended April 21, 2005.

July 2005--Chemo 6 rounds: Cisplatin and Gemzar. Ended Nov. 18.

Nov. 2005--Chemo complication: anemia. Blood transfusion 2 units Nov. 1.

Feb. 2006--GCT has shrunk. Time off chemo to recover bone marrow. Energy level good.
